How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren't perfect.



Processing
Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. please allow 1-3 days for processing. Orders received after 2PM will be begin being processed the following business day.



Shipping
We ship United State! both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location in the USA, Canada, and the UK. In general, we need about 7-15 business days to arrange USPS or FEDEX to delivery your orders to your hands. International shipping is longer.

Custom orders take 4-8 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order.

If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, we are not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

What about shipping fee?
In general, for standard shipping we offer free shipping. But for high demand customers we offer express delivery with 5-10 business days transmit with $12.99 shipping fees.
