How will my order ship?
In general, we arrange UPS or Fedex with express delivery for about 4-10 business days to arrive at your hands. Due to the COVID-19 period, we need about 5-12 busienss days for express delivery and 7-16 busienss days for standard deliverys.
How to return the order item?
For standard shipping, just need to contact to us with emial: support@anoakonline.com and we will arranged and reply to you for details about return. For express delivery, we may need you to bear the return shipping cost yourself or you could contact to us and we can discuss the freight issue on the actual situation of the product.
How do i request a refund?
Just copy your order ID and contact to us with
email: support@anoakonline.com.
We will directly refund to you through paypal or others payments. Please remember that we provide 30 days no condition refund if you do not liek it. If your order dayte has been over 30 days we need to make a judgment based on your order situation.
Can i track my order details?
Yes, of course, at the footer of our website that you can click the "track order" link to track your order logistics details. After we dispatched your order and the tracking ID we would upload in the our control system, and we will also send the tracking ID to you via email
Which currency will I be charged in?
In temporary, our website currently supports U.S. dollar payments, but you can check the U.S. dollar value of the current currency on other pages.
